NEW SPECIES DESCRIBED BY TRUFAMANIA

Antonio Rodríguez, co-founder of Trufamania, has contributed to the scientific description of 21 new species of hypogeous fungi (truffles and desert truffles), published in peer-reviewed and indexed international scientific journals such as Persoonia, Phytotaxa and Mycotaxon. The full list is presented below, together with the original bibliographic citation for each species.

Authorship summary

As first author: 7 Tuber species (T. alcaracense, T. buendiae, T. lusitanicum, T. zambonelliae, T. suaveolens, T. davidlopezii, T. mohedanoi), 1 Eremiomyces species and 3 Terfezia species (T. dunensis, T. cistophila, T. albida).
As co-author: 9 Terfezia species and 1 Tirmania species.
